    3 & 4 Axis Milling

    3D Toolpath Milling / 3D Profiling

    We specialize in complex freeform and multi-surface machining. Our programmers use full machine and toolpath simulation to ensure accuracy, eliminate delays, and support “lights-out” machining for long 3D cycles. This allows us to deliver consistently high-quality profiled components on tight schedules.

    CNC Lathe – Turning / Mill-Turn

    Our turning capabilities support everything from ultra-thin wall features under .008" to long, feature-rich components up to 12". With fast setups, wide material versatility, and strong process control, we provide reliable, high-precision turned parts without the need for multiple suppliers.

    5 Axis Machining

    3AM Aerospace provides true simultaneous 5-axis machining with angular accuracy tighter than 0.01°. Our multi-axis fixturing, in-house programming, full simulation, and in-process probing allow us to machine complex geometries, reduce part handling, and increase throughput with exceptional precision.
