3AM Aerospace is committed to maintaining full compliance with applicable aerospace, quality, and export-control regulations. Our operations prioritize safety, security, and regulatory integrity in accordance with industry and government standards.

1. AS9100 Quality Management System

3AM Aerospace operates under a certified or compliant AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS). This includes:

  • Documented processes for quality, traceability, and risk management
  • Configuration and change control for technical data and product specifications
  • Supplier evaluation, monitoring, and corrective action procedures
  • Internal audits, continual improvement, and management review processes
  • Record retention schedules consistent with aerospace requirements

All employees, contractors, and partners are expected to adhere to the QMS and its procedures.

2. Export Control Compliance (ITAR/EAR)

3AM Aerospace complies with U.S. export control laws, including:

  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

Where applicable, we maintain controls to prevent unauthorized disclosure, export, or transfer of technical data, defense articles, or restricted technologies.

2.1 Access Restrictions

Access to ITAR- or EAR-controlled information is limited to U.S. Persons unless an approved export authorization exists. Verification processes may be required before sharing controlled information.

2.2 Data Handling Requirements

Controlled data may only be stored, transmitted, or processed using approved secure methods. Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.

3. Supplier and Partner Compliance

Suppliers and subcontractors working with 3AM Aerospace must meet relevant quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements. This may include:

  • AS9100/ISO9001 certifications or equivalent quality controls
  • Export-control compliance and data protection measures
  • Ethical business practices and anti-corruption standards
